Advanced Sustainable Plastic Materials Group (ASPM Group) managed by Professor Dr Branka Pilić and Dr Aleksandra Nešić is a part of the Department of Materials Engineering of the Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad, Serbia.

The ASPM Research Group is engaged in the development of sustainable polymeric functional materials, their composites and nanocomposites, based on polymers with bio-basis and biodegradable polymers.

The members of the Group have extensive experience and knowledge in structuring hybrid polymeric materials of desired properties and their characterization on modern equipment.

This Group is particularly focused on providing innovative solutions based on electrospinned nanofibers in the field of packaging, cosmetics, biomedicine, air and water filters.
