The Building Directorate of Serbia (BDS) was established by the Government of Serbia for the purpose of managing projects of a vital national interest and primarily for managing investments in civil construction. The BDS has built during the last 20 years about 11.000 apartments, that is almost 1.300.000 m² of residential and business space. The BDS professional teams manage construction of residential and commercial buildings, border crossings and conduct supervision on the construction of residential buildings in areas affected by natural disasters. Total value of projects: 1.100.000.000 EUR.
