Founded in Subotica in 1921, Veterinarski Zavod Subotica is currently the only veterinary biologicals and leading veterinary pharmaceuticals manufacturer in Serbia.Since 2019, Veterinarski Zavod Subotica has been a part of the Spanish group LABIANA, one of the largest veterinary injectables and contract manufacturing pharmaceutical companies in Europe.

Veterinarski Zavod Subotica is dedicated to the development and production of three basic segments in the field of animal health using its own technologies:

• Manufacturing of biologicals (bacterial and viral vaccines)
• Manufacturing of pharmaceuticals (sterile injectable solutions, non-sterile oral solutions and solid dosage forms) in EU-GMP certified manufacturing facilities.
• Manufacturing of biocides (disinfectants, insecticides, and rodenticides).
