UNSPMF mission is development of scientific research, improvement of quality and standards of educational programmes. Within Environmental Research Group scientific activities are taking place in the field of chemical technology and environmental protection, with a special focus on solving the problem of pollution of aquatic ecosystems, as well as water treatment. So far, the group members have participated in the realization of a large number of scientific and professional projects.

Platform for joint actions for wastewater management and water and sediment protection within national WasteWaterForce, BEuSED, WaterSol and international SmartWaterTwin projects towards SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).

Production capacities: 620 employs and 40 members of Environmental Protection Research Group.

Export markets: Environmental Protection Research Group has cooperation with 52 Universities from all over the world.
