CESTRA d.o.o. (former CeS COWI d.o.o.) was founded in September 2005 as part of the COWI Group, by COWI A/S Denmark. In February 2017, the Company changed its owner and became 100% locally owned. Company activities in Serbia started in the 1990’s. Since then, the Company have permanently had operational project offices for several large transportation and environmental projects. Following these successful projects, a subsidiary was established in 2005 in order to exploit the international experiences of the COWI Group in Serbia. Today, CeSTRA is working on numerous projects for international and local clients.

Products/Services: CESTRA offers consultancy and technical assistance services that include comprehensive technical, environmental, legal and financial due diligence assessments. Our services cover assistance and project management for construction, rehabilitation, reconstruction, supervision and PPP for large infrastructure projects

Standards and certifications: CESTRA is in a possession of company licenses for design and supervision large infrastructural projects in all the countries of operation. CESTRA is also ISO certified (posses the ISO9001:2015, ISO 4001:2015; ISO 45001:2018 certificates).
