Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade

Faculty of Organizational Sciences is a leading accredited faculty in Serbia in the fields of Management and organization and Information systems and technologies, with over 6,000 students attending three levels of studies.

In addition to education, the Faculty conducts multidisciplinary research through its departments and centers, producing research papers and journals, and organizing conferences and projects. Also, the Faculty cooperates with companies which provide internships for our students and involve our professors in trainings and business projects.

Products/Services:

  • Education – Faculty offers diverse undergraduate, graduate and PhD academic programs designed to develop students’ academic and professional knowledge and skills. Programs have a quantitative and IT background combined with organizational, management and study program-specific knowledge.
  • Research and development
    Insights into the latest research in management, operations management, IT, operational research and other areas are disseminated through five conferences, four journals and 972 research projects organized and implemented at our Faculty.
  • Corporate cooperation – The Faculty of Organizational Sciences has corporate connections with more than 1,300 companies in Serbia that work with our academic staff and students. Some of them are strategic partners and support the development of our Faculty through public events, projects and students’ competitions. Also, these companies work closely with our professors as consultants and give opportunities for internships and recruitment of our students.
  • Capacities: Faculty premises cover an area of 6400 m2. In 2022, with a new building, that space will be more than doubled to 14000m2.

Export market: Faculty cooperates with numerous foreign faculties, universities and other institutions working towards implementing mobility programs, various projects, study visits, etc. Also, the Faculty has taken part in a number of international projects funded by various programs, such as Tempus, FP7, SEE.ERA, LLP, DCAF, USAID, UNDP, EXCHANGE, EuropeAid, Erasmus+, etc.

Standards and certification: national and international (ASSIN) accreditations for education and research. Also, the standard ISO9001:2015 is issued for higher education and scientific research in management and IT.
