Promont Group LLC was established in 1958. and since its establishment has evolved into one of the most important companies in the energy sector in Serbia and the Balkans.

In 2011. the holding company entered into the hospitality sector with the vision to develop by 2030. the premium thermal spa resort in Southeast Europe – Fruške Terme Resort.

This picturesque resort is located in Spa Vrdnik, on the borders of Fruška gora, the oldest National Park in the region. Fruške Terme are a 30 minutes drive from the International Belgrade Airport.

As of 2021., Promont Group invested over EUR 50 million into 3 upper-upscale hotel resorts (300 luxury rooms, 10 outdoor and indoor pools with thermal water, etc.) with further tourism and real estate projects in the pipeline.
