PUC “Belgrade Waterworks and Sewerage” is the sole company providing potable water in Serbia’s capital, established by the City authorities in 1982, with 2475 employees. Its key responsibilities are water collection, treatment and distribution, as well as wastewater collection and discharge. The Company operates the water distribution network of 3,463 km and wastewater network of 1,494 km of pipes. The Company produces around 194 million m³ of potable water.
