Serbia Innovates is a four-year project committed to strengthening Serbia’s economy. The project’s primary purpose is to create a regulated framework and provide opportunities for the development of domains recognized as most promising in the innovation industries of Serbia. The focal point of the project is a Supercluster – a globally proven business model that will help achieve the desired results.
The most promising technological domains:
- high technology in agriculture and the food industry
- the gaming environment and virtual reality
- web3 and blockchain technologies
- advanced solutions in medical technology and biotechnology

Project goals: Introducing a new model for economic development to the Serbian market; Developing the Innovation Supercluster around the most promising technological domains, securing a long-term innovation ecosystem for regional and global competitiveness; Building a sustainable financial environment enabled for innovative companies, building key partnerships with investment groups and forming a venture capital fund generating external funding to specific projects produced by superclusters; Improving collaboration between all relevant stakeholders within the supercluster, creating partnerships, bringing innovation to all in the value chain; Empowering the development of Serbian economy and its entrepreneurs
