Vodoprivreda doo Pozarevac has come a long way since its inception in September 1956 and has a license to perform activities in the field of water management involving:

• implementation of flood defences and other forms of protection against the harmful effects of water,
• care of the functioning of water facilities and systems,
• maintenance of regulatory and protective facilities and supporting devices on them,
• maintenance of hydromeliorization systems for drainage and irrigation,
• performance of sanitary works and emergency interventions on protective and regulatory facilities,
• tracking the state of water objects.

Standards and certifications: License I 080 G3 – construction of works on hydrotechnical facilities for regulatory works to protect against large waters of urban areas and rural areas greater than 300ha issued by the competent Ministry of Construction, transport and infrastructure.
